Software as a Service

We provide hosting services for most of our major clients, and this enables us to offer our applications on a pay-per-use basis.

We firmly believe that the hosted software-as-a-service model delivers unbeatable value for our customers.

The charges for our hosted service are based on the volume of processes. A rate table is calculated based on the process design, and a sliding scale charge is used to derive a cost-per-process.

This means that the charges for our software are tied to its usage - if you don't use it, you don't pay for it. Of course, it's in our interests that the software is used, so we make sure it does exactly what our customers need.

The cost-per-process service is fully inclusive of all server (hardware, network and software) costs. All that a customer needs is a suitable Internet connection (and a desire to save money).

Various additional optional services are available, including:

Data Escrow

We can provide a service to replicate all ediTRACK transactions to a customers location so that a complete database is available within the customers own network.

This service requires that the customer supply suitable network connectivity, hardware and software on their own premises to receive the replication data.

SSL-128

Our customers can optionally encrypt all the network traffic between a client browser and our server systems by using SSL-128 (HTTPS). This can be applied to the logon page only, or to every HTTP request/response cycle.

Dedicated Hardware

Our customer's sites are always configured independently and are allocated a private secure database, however, we set-up our hardware to allow use by several customers. This is usually a benefit because it means an individual site is not dependant on a particular server.

However, we recognise that some customers need their systems to be completely independent so we offer this as an optional service.
