The use of ediTRACK and web services provides instantaneous communications with suppliers, automating previously time consuming manual tasks. This means that for complex claims, such as flood or fire it integrates all of the participants into a common plan, linking the suppliers either automatically or via a web portal. The claims advisor has one point of reference for the the claim.

Activity tracking not only gives clear progress visibility to all parties throughout the life of the claim, but stores this data so that it can be used in management information to analyse and report on claim trends, spend patterns, supplier performance and much more.

ediTRACK Claims Fulfilment is configurable, flexible, integrates easily with supplier host systems and is quick to change in line with the business needs. It is an exception based system with dashboards, email alerts and traffic lighting to maximise the efficiency and productivity of the claims handler.

The simple web based access from any common browser allows insurers to reach deeper into the supplier base, making it accessible to smaller suppliers who have previously not had the capability to link in automatically with insurers in the past. Automated links with suppliers saves time and increases efficiency.
